Shady
- Shady was the first cat I
"acquired" since being on my own. She was born near Valentine's
Day '96. Most
- people think she's a snob when
they meet her, but she's really just a loyal kitty. She's very
sweet when
- she gets to know you. I named
her Shady because she had beautiful variations of grey and black
fur
- when I got her. Later the grey
went away, but it's still a perfect name for her. She's very
vocal, always
- talking to me. Sometimes it
drives me nuts, but it can be endearing. Oh, and one more thing,
she's not
- overweight! She just looks that
way, but it's all fur. She only weighs about 9 pounds. (I just
felt that she
- wouldn't want anyone to think
she's not the most beautiful and silky black kitty they had ever
seen!)
